Making That Initial Dollar - How do You Begin Doing That?

Once you have made the decision to begin a money making business on the internet, just how do you get started?

Well, most of us start out by looking at what's happening in here. Typing in queries on SEO's, looking for what's moving, checking hot trends to try and copy or follow, that sort of thing.

But exactly how do you do that? Where do you really begin? What are you supposed to do? If you had the answer to those questions, your tribulations would be gone and you would be cracking at it, not reading this, right?

Then, first and most importantly, I do not have all the answers, AND NOBODY ELSE DOES EITHER! That's just being honest. Second, you quite honestly are not going to find anyone in here that will provide you with those answers.

You will not find anyone who will not try to sell you their "solution", book, plan, or program that will make you a million dollars and you can work it from the beach with your family playing in the ocean right there with you. Isn't that mostly what you have found? Be honest, aren't most of these "make $1,000's" plans just exactly that?

If you will just buy this "eBook", or "follow this program", or get these CD's you can make $45,000 a month just like I do! Please,... check my actual ClickBank monthly records... There are so many of those out there it is almost frightening. And you know the majority of them are cons that will not make you that kind of money, right?

Okay Chuck, why have you written this article? I like to think of myself as someone similar to yourself. I got started into this by going the "eBay/Direct Shipping" route. There are some very successful eBayer's out there, and you really need money to compete with them, which I didn't have.

Now,... my next try was a slippery one. I began reading programs of instant wealth plans, get rich quick schemes, and all that "HOW TO DO IT" tripe. Yes, I am sorry to say that I tried a few. (That may be a fib, I tried more than a few...) Found out that there are more than enough people in here trying to get your money than can be imagined. And there went more of my money that I didn't have to be spreading around that way...

Next it was affiliate marketing by PPC methods. Remember, I just said I didn't have the money to compete with the eBay/direct shippers, right? Well I sure as heck didn't have the money to do that!!! I did it for 12 (twelve) HOURS...... that's right, 12 (twelve) HOURS and it put a hurt on my wallet like you can't believe!

I will say, PPC marketing is fine,... it's really more than fine, it is outstanding! But not if you don't have a ton of cash... In my first 12 (twelve) hours, I received 447,446 hits! That's a lot of traffic!!! However, there was not one sale, and the cost was considerable. So I had to quit.

But,...That taught me one very important lesson! You CAN get traffic, and it makes no difference what you are selling! However I couldn't afford it that way. Okay, what's next?

That puts me to where I am now. I still "do affiliate marketing, but no longer through PPC. Would I ever again? Yes! But, it would be with a product that I KNEW WAS SELLING like hotcakes, and I knew I could afford to wait for that first sale. It is very expensive!

So,... what about making that first dollar? I have crossed the first sale "milestone" and happily am on my way to my first million now. Have I succeeded? I would have to say no, with a disclaimer. I am positive that I can now make a living in here. I have accomplished a lot, and I am ready to go.

Why are you still reading this? You want to know what (and how) I am doing to make money in here, right? I have found that you can affiliate market for FREE! Yes, I said FREE! What I have accomplished, and if you are still reading you are hungry to do also, is shown you a method to make sales. ( Of whatever you are selling, be it your own products or as an affiliate.)

That way is to write articles in forums or blogs, and just publish your little butt off! The more you write the more traffic you will realize.
